  • How to reach SUPER LEAGUE Program Centre?
    • The Britannia Super League Program Centre is based in Gurgaon. The Caterer can reach us on Ph: 124-4830989; Fax: 124-4830999; or email at info@superleague.co.in, superleague@superleague.co.in
  • Who is eligible to participate in this program?
    • The Program is open to all Caterers who purchase only from Authorized Distributor of BIL. BIL invites you to join the Reward Program.

      Britannia Super League Program is valid only on purchases from your Britannia Industries Limited Authorized Distributor/(s).
  • What Products of Britannia Industries Ltd. are eligible to participate in the Program?
    • Points will be allotted against all the Britannia products purchased from Authorized Britannia Distributor.
  • How to register for the first-time?
    • 1. The Entry to SUPER LEAGUE is Only through Invitation .
      2. Each Caterer will be provided with a Welcome Kit which will comprise of a Registration Form. The Caterer is supposed to fill the Registration Form and send to the Britannia Authorized Distributor or directly send to the Britannia Super League Program Centre.
      3. Only On accomplishment of above, the Caterer would be considered registered for the Program.
  • Till when can A Caterer Register/Join the Britannia Super League Program?
    • The Britannia Super League Program is an Open-Ended Program. A Caterer can make a beginning anytime during the course of the Program by Registering with the Britannia Authorized Distributor. He needs to follow the Registration Process, which will be informed by the Britannia Super League Program Centre.
  • From when I will start getting points?
    • Points will be allocated on purchases done from the beginning of the month in which registration formalities have been completed.
  • How Do I Register “New Purchase” of Britannia products?
    • Your New Purchases automatically get registered with Britannia Super League Program Centre. You do not need to initiate any thing from your side besides making continuous purchases of Britannia products.
  • How Often Can a Caterer redeem his accumulated Points?
    • You can redeem your Points at any point of time, when you have enough to Britannia 60 redeem. Alternatively, you can keep accumulating. Remember the higher the Points, the greater the Rewards Associated. At any point, you can exhaust all your Points accumulated. However, Britannia will from time to time communicate a final timeline for redemption after which the accumulated points will lapse.
  • How do you calculate MY Reward Points?
    • Points will be allocated as per the below mentioned Point Matrix. Member will earn points on their purchases basis the Tier they belong to. You are requested to go through the same or alternatively call up the Britannia Super League Program Centre for any assistance.

      CASE 1:
      A Caterer M/s Jain Enterprises has been sent a Welcome / Refresher Kit and enrolled in Britannia Super League Program in the month of April '13.

      As per his previous records he has been given the Tier as "Silver", this has been given basis the last 3 months sale before his enrollment in the program.

      Caterer purchases Britannia Products and earns points on the basis of above matrix.

      • On every purchase of Rs. 100 he earns 0.5 point.
      • He earns addition 1 point for buying any Additional SKU from the Basket. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs.    100.
      • If he achieves his monthly target he earns 1 point. It is calculated on the basis of
         every purchase of Rs. 100.
      • He earns 0.5 point on placing and managing Pure Britannia Racks at all sites.
      • He should give special access to BIL to run consumer promotions at his outlet.

      If M/s Jain Caterer fulfills all the criterions makes a purchase of Rs. 35,000 and achieves his target, his points will be calculated as below:
      Total Purchase Amount of M/s Jain Caterer = Rs. 35,000
      Purchases made for Additional SKUs from Basket= Rs. 500
      Monthly Target Achieved= Yes
      Placing & Managing Britannia Racks= Yes
      Special Access to BIL run consumer promotions= Yes

      Points earned on the achievement= (35000/100)*0.5= 175 points
      Points earned on the purchase of SKU's from Basket= (500/100)*1= 5 points
      Points earned on Target Achievement= (35000/100)*1= 350 points
      Points earned on Placing and Managing Pure Britannia Racks at all sites= 125 points

      Total Points Earned in the month of April '13= 175+5+350+125= 655 points

      A Caterer M/s Tulip Foods Pvt. Ltd. has been sent a Welcome/ Refresher Kit and enrolled in Britannia's "Super League Program" in the month of Dec '13.

      As per his sales records he has been given the Tier as "Gold".

      Caterer purchases Britannia Products and earns points on the basis of above matrix. Details are as below:

      • On every purchase of Rs. 100 he earns 0.5 point.
      • He earns addition 1 point for buying any Additional SKU from the Basket. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs.
         100.
      • If he achieves his monthly target he earns 2 point. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs. 100.
      • He earns 0.5 point on placing and managing Pure Britannia Racks at all sites.
      • He should give special access to BIL to run consumer promotions at his outlet.

      If M/s Tulip Foods Pvt. Ltd. fulfills all the criterions makes a purchase of Rs. 90,000 and achieves his target, his points will be calculated as below:

      • On every purchase of Rs. 100 he earns 0.5 point.
      • He earns addition 1 point for buying any Additional SKU from the Basket. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs. 100.
      • If he achieves his monthly target he earns 2 points. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs. 100.
      • He earns 0.5 point on placing and managing Pure Britannia Racks at all sites.
      • He should give special access to BIL to run consumer promotions at his outlet.

      If M/s Holy Caterers fulfills all the criterions makes a purchase of Rs. 50,000 and achieves his target, his points will be calculated as below:

      As per his sales records he has been given the Tier as "Platinum".
      Caterer purchases Britannia Products and earns points on the basis of above matrix. Details are as below:
      • On every purchase of Rs. 100 he earns 1 point.
      • He earns addition 1 point for buying any Additional SKU from the Basket. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs.
         100.
      • If he achieves his monthly target he earns 2 point. It is calculated on the basis of every purchase of Rs. 100.
      • He earns 1 point on placing and managing Pure Britannia Racks at all sites.
      • He should give special access to BIL to run consumer promotions at his outlet.

      If M/s ABC Caterers fulfills all the criterions makes a purchase of Rs. 1,80,000 and achieves his target, his points will be calculated as below:
      Total Purchase Amount of M/s ABC Caterers = Rs. 1,80,000
      Purchases made for Additional SKUs from Basket= Rs.4,500
      Monthly Target Achieved= Yes
      Placing & Managing Britannia Racks= Yes
      Special Access to BIL run consumer promotions= Yes

      Points earned on the achievement= (1,80,000/100)*1= 1800 points
      Points earned on the purchase of SKU's from Basket= (4500/100)*1= 45 points
      Points earned on Target Achievement= (1,80,000/100)*2=3600 points
      Points earned on Placing and Managing Pure Britannia Racks at all sites= 900 points

      Total Points Earned in the month of April '13= 1800+45+3600+ 900= 6345 points

    • How is my Band/ Tier calculated and when will it get upgraded?
      A caterer's Band/ tier is calculated on his average monthly sales.
      For example: A caterer M/s. Raj Canteen was enrolled in the month of Jan 2013 with a base tier 'Silver'.
      Situation 1: Caterer M/s. Raj Canteen was able to maintain his average sale between Rs. 35001 – 90000 during the month of Jan, Feb and Mar 2013 and was upgraded to 'Gold' tier for next quarter Apr, May & June 2013.
      Situation 2:In the month of Apr, May, June 2013 his sale increased and was above Rs. 90001 he was again upgraded to the next tier i.e. 'Platinum' for next quarter of July, Aug & Sept 2013.
      Situation 3: In this quarter of July, Aug & Sept 2013 if his sales came down from Rs. 90001. He was downgraded from 'Platinum' Tier to 'Gold' Tier for the next quarter of Oct, Nov & Dec 2013
  • Can I share my WIN with the multi Catering companies owned by me?
    • Yes, you can share your Points with your all multiple outlets. You can do this only once you announce /declare your all outlets at the beginning of the program. Thereafter, you can make a combined bid for redemption of the product from the Reward Catalogue.
  • How do I come to know my Point Status?
    • You Point Status will be informed to you regularly in the following manner
      1. By a SMS/Email on your Mobile Number/Email ID registered with us.
      2. You can also login to your online account to know point's status.
  • How does a Caterer Redeem Rewards against his Points accumulated?
    • The Caterer would routinely get his accumulated points and also regularly notified through SMS messages/Email on his registered Mobile Number/Email ID. Once the Caterer checks his Account Status and wishes to redeem, he needs to send a filled Redemption Form which is a part of the Reward Catalogue for claim of rewards.
      He needs to send the same to the following address:

      The caterer can also redeem points by logging in to his Britannia Super League online account and select products from the catalogue provided online.
  • Can I Alter my Sales/ Claim at any point of time, before I redeem my Reward?
    • No you cannot. The Sales once registered cannot be edited or deleted. However, all your Sales Returns will be accounted for as Debit from your Account Statement and will reflect in the next Account Statement sent to you
  • How much time does it take to get the redeemed Reward?
    • Once the reward is claimed, Britannia Super League Program Centre will take care of the logistics and get the same to you within 4-6 weeks time.
  • Can I Exchange my Points for Cash?
    • No, this is a reward and recognition program and Points can only be redeemed against a variable set of rewards (like a Credit Card Program). Rewards can be redeemed only against Reward Points and Not Cash.
